Bianchi’s Enoteca is a culmination of our individual food and wine experiences traveling through Italy, France, New York, San Francisco, and Oregon.  Though Susan and I didn’t actually meet until we worked together at Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits three years ago,  we share the same love for the local “enoteca” in Italy that featured regional wines, local produce and served artisanal meats and cheeses. We wanted to make what we saw traveling happen here in Tampa. A uniquely European feel which is reflected in our  food and wines.
